One day of apnea in freediving and exploration of several dive sites and beaches around Coron, Philippines. Locations include Kayangan Lake, Barracuda Lake, Twin Lagoon, Seven Pecasos and Banol Beach. These 5 sites were completed in a day trip through Coron and are suitable for free diving and snorkeling.

Siete Pecados is a marine reserve a short distance from Coron Town, which has a lot of fish life and spectacular corals. It is located around a couple of small rock peninsulas, with corals from a few meters to 20 meters more.

Barracuda and Kayangan Lakes are two lakes on the island of Coron, which has spectacular underwater rock formations, surrounded by cliffs. The lakes have an acute thermocline at about 15m depth where the water increases abruptly in temperature.

Twin Lagoon has a small bath through a rock formation in a closed lagoon. The visibility in the water is very distorted too.

Finally Banol Beach is a beautiful beach located on the north coast of Coron Island, and is an excellent place to have lunch between apnea and snorkeling.
